I constantly go on this properties site to compare what I am currently paying compared to what is being advertised for this model and what is being advertised is consistently lower. 4 to $500 lower. This property is absolutely not energy efficient as proclaimed on their website. The upstairs has no ceiling fans in the bedrooms and the vents are on the floor not at the top of wall before ceiling.
