I am so impressed with the residents at AVANA. I lost my Apple Watch in the pool area and was very distraught for 6 days. Then I thought… Call the office. To my surprise some kind and honest person turned the watch my grand daughter help be buy and was especially dear to me, into the office. Office personnel was very thorough in making sure I was the owner and returned it to me. To the office and that kind soul, THANK YOU! May Jehovah God’s grace and blessings be with you always.

I'm still pleased after seven and a half years living in Avana at the Pointe. My little fur, baby Molly loves it here because there is an abundance of grassy areas for her to sniff and explore. The complex is arranged in such a way that all of the units face toward the center of the individual courtyards. I've made friends with other residents who live in my courtyard and that's the type of place for which I was searching when I finally moved in November 2018. Safe and quiet place to live. Wish they would fix the gates finally
I love living here! I just renewed my lease for my third year. The staff has always been amazing, responsive, and quick to help whenever an issue comes up. Everyone in the office is friendly and genuinely cares about the residents. They've even helped me print things when I was in a pinch. My kids always ask if we can stop by the front office because they enjoy seeing the staff and saying hello (the treats and drinks might be a bonus 😂). It's been a great experience, and I'm happy to call this community home.
