I've lived here for a few years and love my layout and the views.
Haven’t fixed my screens for over 3 years. It’s NOT gated. People park their cars for months in the “open” places. “Gated property” hasn’t been fixed for YEARS
This is the second time in just two months that every resident has been given a blanket two day notice to enter our apartments. At this point it is not routine or necessary, it is excessive, disruptive, and a serious invasion of privacy. We are being forced to rearrange our lives on short notice, kennel our own dogs in our own homes, and somehow accommodate access to every room, closet, and cupboard while we are not even present.
