Only been here less then a week. BUYER BEWARE For starters when getting lease signed and all that paperwork signed I had to leave work because their website wasn't working TWICE had to come in to physically sign papers and get them pushed through. Well, let me tell y'all something about this new place I moved into. It's like heaven on earth compared to some of the places I done lived in before! First off, let me just say, they got security like Fort Knox. Ain't nobody sneaking up on me here! I can sleep like a baby knowing ain't nobody gonna mess with me. Now, the apartment itself? This place is a dump. I’ve been a resident for 3 years and over the last year or so, this place has really gone downhill. First of all, Avana has been raising rent and charging us long-term residents $1800+ per month, but I recently found out they offer the same exact apartments to new tenants for $1300. Slimy and sketchy behavior that we just have to deal with because those are the “terms of our lease”. The apartments aren’t worth more than $1200/month at most. Looks like a lot of people are having the same issues. I didn't notice you have more bad reviews than good until now tbh...yall yucky, it's a yucky place. If you have a tennant association, I'd like to know and join. If not I'd like you to establish one. I'll try to work with you guys for the remainder of my stay here, thanks for replying...
So this is like the 5th time I'm asking for the magnet for the mirror to be fixed. Also the rusty sink, whatever stuff you used is pretty bad. And some of the screens you installed are bent, so you're not capable of installing without damage? Have you considered hiring a professional contractor? I'm serious, you guys have scorpions. Lastly, I almost got hit by one of your maintenance guys, that's the path they take, you can't exactly see them behind the bush.
