I am approaching my seventh year anniversary in November. I can definitely say that this is a very pleasurable place to live. The staff is very attentive to my needs, exceeding expectations as far as I am concerned. The apartments themselves have open floor plans and except for the carpeted bedrooms there is very attractive vinyl plank flooring throughout the apartments. It is in an excellent location. It's a great place to call home. I have lived here for seven years. The staff is wonderful and exceeds expectations in my opinion. This is a large complex but due to the fact that the buildings are arranged in courtyard style it has a sense of community, which is something that I value. Although it is not a brand new complex, everything is kept up-to-date. One of the most convenient features is the in-unit washer and dryer. There are four beautiful pools here and a clubhouse. As a resident of 7 years, I have to say the new staff both office and maintenance are incredible! Fast ,courteous, respectful and attentive! I have family coming into town at the end of the month and I can rest assured, that the new maintenance team will have my issues resolved way before then. I was not confident in the old maintenance team or office team, to even care let alone address the situation I'm greatful for the turn around!! This is a complex that I will proudly promote to others!
Overall the complex is alright, nothing new or upgraded but just enough for it to be okay. Here’s a list of pros and cons as someone who lived here for about 13 months: Pros: Quiet in our area (building 8) Clean for the most part Maintenance is quick to get repairs done Office gets back to you quickly No bugs or issues with pests Cons: Extremely old apartments meaning insulation is terrible.
