Very friendly and kind ladies at the front are very attentive and helpful. Can’t take them enough.
Don’t apply to leave here it’s the worse place!! Maintenance can’t even perform a HVAC air filter change after 3 months. Office staff never answer the phone and now it’s been overrun by disrespectful neighbors!!! Don’t even apply you could get a better place somewhere else. Meanwhile we paid $1800 and now are paying $2500 for the same apartment. How does that happen???????? Very quiet complex. My apartment is cute and cozy, and Maintenance is always on top of my requests. All the staff in the office are professional and helpful.
If I could give zero stars I would, they are horrible. DO NOT MOVE HERE THEY HAVE MOLD. I WAS TOLD AND HAVE VIDEO PROOF OF A OUTSIDE WORKER THEY HIRED COME IN, CUT THE WALL OUT AND DISCOVER MOLD THROUGHOUT THE ENTIRE WALL OF MY KIDS ROOM. THEY NEVER GOT BACK TO MY EMAILS TRYING TO DISCUSS A FAIR SOLUTION TO WHAT THEY CAUSE FOR US.
I am so impressed & thankful for Nicole, Aurelio and Jeremy in the office and on the maintenance crew! They are very friendly and quick to take care of my questions maintenance requests. As a business owner and an on-the-go mom I am so grateful!
