I’ve lived here for 4 years with absolutely no problems, great Staff, maintenance always on time, neighbors are quiet, has pool, gym, dog park, volleyball, basketball, and so much more!
This is THE WORST place to LIVE!! The MANAGEMENT IS TRASH! The payment systems is always down and the staff is unfriendly. They yell at you when you ask questions. The older brown lady is very rude. Don’t live here. I literally couldn’t wait to move. Please don’t waste your time.
My Son lived here, I told him the apartments cheaply built. I told my Son to go to court and not pay the bogus thousand and something she claimed he owed. He is young and all about his credit score. He paid the bogus fees and still was sent to collections. He paid right after his move out so I'm not sure how the manager made the mistake of sending him to collections. Do not move here. We have been constantly screwed and lied to since we first moved in. They changed our utility payment with NO PRIOR NOTICE. We only found out because I asked for a breakdown TODAY (December 26th), which they wrote on a sticky note because they "can't print it out for you," while telling you that you need to check your online account for a complete breakdown. ABSOLUTE WORST PLACE TO LIVE. Before moving in I read these reviews and then came and toured the complex. When touring the complex I thought there was no way these reviews were true. When asking the complex about these reviews, they mentioned that they just came under new management and that if these problems were true at one point, they were no longer true.
