Attentive and responsive. The houses are built to standard and well maintained. Lee Mabott was really helpful in guiding us through the property choices and then sorting out the lease agreement within the same day, which is impressive.
This is my second time leaving a review, and I felt compelled to write again because of how much Avana truly prioritizes their tenants. Last week, our heater suddenly stopped working, so I made an emergency call. They sent a technician the same day, which allowed us to have a warm and comfortable winter night.
