When i spoke with Wanda, property manager she immediately understood my concern about my husbands’ difficulty turning the doorknobs. She quickly realized they need to be replaced and went about arranging for people to come and install them. She was very friendly and wonderfully competent at handling clients’ concerns. Also the guys who came in after a couple of days did a fantastic job of installing quickly and securely the replacements for the knobs. Avana’s service is highly recommendable.
It was an absolute pleasure working with Angeliki during our rental search. From the very start, she was attentive, professional, and genuinely dedicated to helping us find a home that fit our needs perfectly. Her communication was always prompt and clear, and she went above and beyond to make the process smooth and stress-free.
