Probably the worst post sale support experience of my life. Have only just paid and picked up our brand new Golf caravan ($116,000 ). Drove from Pakenham back to our home in Lakes Entrance ( a four hour drive ) only to find we had great difficulty opening the door even using the special technique we were shown. Still waiting on a part promised sometime ago. The rating may go up. Well the piece arrived. I just had to install it myself unless I was prepared to wait a little longer.. Another issue arose and this time it was done very well. So I give them more stars.
