Potential Avan owners BEWARE After driving on one of Victoria‘s horrendous regional roads with our well maintained 2016 Avan last week and hitting some big potholes. We subsequently discovered our chassis was cracked. (Insurance rejected) Avan have been completely unhelpful and the CS guy Daniel was dismissive and no help at all. We purchased used but was shocked to learn Avan have only a 2 year structural warranty, well below industry standard. Wont be buying another one ! Wasn't happy ,no service at al
I have dealt with staff on a few occassions at the caravan shows. I don't find their staff professional. Quite judgemental. Your doing yourself a disservice with unprofessional customer service.
