Just a terrible experience after just buying a very expensive caravan with a minor problem only to find a complete lack of care or understanding of our situation. Post sale service and support non existent once they have your money. Unless you live within a reasonable drive distance from Pakenham it would be wise to never consider buying from here as they are not prepared to help customers go to an alternative service centre even if it means travelling thousands of kilometres

Probably the worst post sale support experience of my life. Have only just paid and picked up our brand new Golf caravan ($116,000 ). Drove from Pakenham back to our home in Lakes Entrance ( a four hour drive ) only to find we had great difficulty opening the door even using the special technique we were shown. Tried several times over a number of days with the help of others and still could not open it. Still waiting on a part promised sometime ago. The rating may go up. Well the piece arrived. I just had to install it myself unless I was prepared to wait a little longer.. Another issue arose and this time it was done very well. So I give them more stars.
