Unique Did an excellent job. Management kept in touch and the crew was experienced and did an excellent job.
Purchased an already remodeled home that the Seller flipped, and I used Avan to fix the mistakes and the cut corners done by the Seller. Avan did a great job. I have already recommended the company to two other friends. I'm most pleased with the level of contact in keeping me in the loop. Once the project began, I had a site manager who checked in daily, kept me apprised of progress, and sent photos of the work done. Absolutely 💯% professional, I am a Licensed Professional Engineer and everything they did was professional and in a timely fashion. We needed a bunch of things done to our house when we moved in, Avan provided us with two walk throughs to discuss what we wanted and what we could do with in our budget. Demoing a wall, matching trim work, painting, replacing flooring, and numerous other things.
