Bought an ovation Motorhome and could not have had better service . The team at Avan Windsor gardens are the best .
We recently had a major breakdown and had a lot of difficulty in getting the warranty work on the Ducato done. The team at Avan Adelaide were instrumental and effective in helping and achieving the repairs, proving they really do care about their customers. I cannot speak highly enough of all involved.
We rocked up last Saturday with some electric issues in our motor home and the team (especially Andy and Tammy) have been so wonderful helping us trying to get to the bottom of problem. They let us hook up to their power outlet and even gave us a few fuses, although their spare parts shop wasn’t open. Great customer service!!! Highly recommended
Excellent service. Skylight in the vanity area cover had blown off some where during my adventures around Australia in my ovation M7c motor home ..Thinking masive wait to get parts etc but theese guys had part and managed to fit while I waited. Well done .
