Bend Transitional Care I’m Laura’s brother and experienced the same. Your receptionist is rude, every time I tried to talk, she’d talk over me. She lied to me saying she can’t connect long distance to the patients room and when I called her out on it, telling her I called yesterday and someone connected me straight through, (btw, the orderly hung up on me after 2 minutes) all she kept asking was “who” was that?
