After the initial couple days working the bugs out, I was placed in the care of long-time RCM Emily Kennedy and I thrived with this team and my Kaiser-Permanente team under guidance of Nurse Nichole. This SNF represents the best of us, leading with hearts and let me be a strong participant and advocate in my care. They would be five star were in not for them dining services communications structures; fortunately my friends and family helped me survive this detail.
This facility is awesome! You guys were very caring, made my aunt feel safe, comfortable & well taken care of, thank you so very much
The facility is little misleading at first sight, it could use a coat of fresh paint and some wall patching on the inside. That said, I would still rate as five stars because of the medical professionals and staff that took care of me. You are not going to find a more thoughtful, empathic, responsive team as the Hillsboro group. I could name lots of them, but my primary caregivers I like to acknowledge are PTA Randy and Karen, my OT Stacia and my caregivers Rowena and Ayramus. The people and the food was awesome. For as busy as they were call light response was still within reason. The OT and PT were great going home after less than 3 weeks.I think everyone here is a godsend they were my heroes
Took 45 mins. Or more to get any help after ringing the bell for emergencies. Covid was rampant. We had to get tested almost every day. The facilities were not clean, especially the bathroom. They were clearly shortstaffed. The food was unbelievably huge and inedible for me. It was all in all just not a good place for me.
