I started coming here for iron infusions, and this is my 4th infusion so far and this whole office has honestly been so helpful with even getting my process going after multiple failed attempts at other offices. They get the job done accurately, timely, and with smiles on their faces. From the extremely helpful women at the front desk, to Karly who administers my infusions and makes the process more fun, this team is truly great.
I went here for iron infusions. The Hematologists and trained medical professionals are all so nice and helpful. I’m a hard stick and it always took awhile to find a good vein. They took their time looking as hard as they could and assured me everything would work out and be OK. They were always near by checking on me. I never had to wait more than a couple minutes in the waiting room. This office is quick and clean.
Dr. Sood took care of my father during the most darkest part of his life when he was diagnosed w/ Stage 4 Lung Cancer; Dr. Sood himself and his peers at his practice made sure to be on top of everything with my father’ treatment plan. The office treated us as family not patients and made sure we understood everything in the treatment plan(allowing us to ask us endless questions if needed during each visit). I can’t begin to tell you what a wonderful practice AVAM is! No matter what you are being treated for, the care is top notch. Dr. Sood has incredible bedside manners, so easy to talk to and doesn’t make you feel rushed during your appt whether in office or telehealth. He makes sure all your questions are answered and the best thing overall.. he listens!
