I'm a GC and was recently working in Manhattan for a high-end client of mine and we needed multiple AC units serviced. I had seen an Avalonair truck while sitting in traffic and it looked clean and professional so I checked around and gave them a call. I was truly impressed with their communication and their techs. Contacted AvalonAir to fix our co-op's lobby HVAC. It was 95 outside and felt as hot inside. Even with the heatwave, they were able to send us a tech the next day. The tech diagnosed the issue and was able to get the system back up and running immediately. We ultimately needed a replacement part. We got a proposal, approved it and the part was installed within the week. Good Job!

We've been using Avalon Air for 4 years. After years of unreliable, dishonest HVAC companies all over the NYC metro region, it's a relief to have found them. John and his team (gotta give Serge a big shout-out) have serviced our AC, walk-in, kold draft and pellet ice machines, lowboys. They are reliable, honest, friendly and incredibly thorough. They know what they are doing and do not cut corners.
