The maintenance staff is excellent. Ricardo in particular is extraordinarily capable, responsive and efficient. He has helped us with everything from the shower head to replacing my patio door. The building is extremely clean and all of the concierges are wonderful.
Would like to share the recent plumbing issue I had along with the response from avalon management. Around 10:30 AM yesterday, my kitchen sink started overflowing with what appeared to be sewage water. The smell was absolutely unbearable, and as someone who works from home, it became immediately impossible to focus or even breathe properly. I began having a severe headache from the fumes alone.
