Jorge did a great job with my repair request. He even took care of a couple other things he saw on his own that needed to be repaired. Amazing
Just an average apartment complex. Gym is rundown. Washer and dryer is old and stains clothing with marks. Other appliances are also outdated. Pool is ok. The front desk people are super awesome and friendly, I will say. The smell outside of the building is so horrible. I think the dog owners in the building let their dog pee right on the sidewalk there and the apartment rather just send “friendly email reminders” instead of just cleaning it up. Avalon WPB is such a well-run, beautiful property! Every time I visit, the building is spotless, welcoming, and clearly maintained with care. The entire staff is professional and friendly, always creating a pleasant atmosphere. Got lost during a tour and Ricardo was extremely friendly and helpful showing us where to go
Excellent service!! Jorge fixed my ac right away and also fixed my vaccuum sweeper. Wish he could stop by more often!!!!
