I originally went to Avalon Wellness and Performance when I identified Jose Guerra and researched that he had extensive training in manual osteopathy (specifically for me I was looking for craniosacral therapy and visceral manipulation). I have been taking my 6 month old to have craniosacral therapy with Maxine once a week for the last month and seeing her is always the highlight of our week. Not only is Maxine super sweet and personable but she is also very knowledgeable. I feel like I learned so much from her in the little bit of time we’ve been seeing her. The owners of this space are amazing people. So highly educated from the top schools; they continue to take courses and further their knowledge so they can be the best in their field.
