I NO LONGER depend on Mike at Avalon for business trips/airport drop off and pick up. The last time he was a no show for an early pickup and I missed my flight. I can tell you I was in a terrible fix with a new boss who didn't believe I couldn't get to Dallas on the same day or next for a presentation ( April vacation week)! Even though the airline and Travel agent tried to help it was impossible. The new boss was flexing his authority and made it so uncomfortable that I cannot use Avalon ever again. NOT DEPENDABLE.

Last night I rented a limo for my sisters 30th birthday to MGM Grand Casino in CT. I just wanted to thank Avalon trans. for making it a great evening and a wonderful experience! The limo arrived early, the chaffeur was extemely polite and professional. We enjoyed the complimentary champagne and it was a very smooth ride to the casino. Thanks again for the great service, I will be using Avalon trans. in the future for family trips.

I am extremely surprised by the two negative reviews placed about this company. I have been using them for many years and have never, ever, had any problems. The owner, Mike, is always accessible, friendly and very professional. I have had several drivers and all of them have been courteous, warm and extremely professional also. The vehicles are immaculate and always in perfect condition. I have used them for airport trips, cruise trips, Foxwoods trips and my sister's wedding. I would absolutely not recommend this company. I used this company yesterday to go to Country Fest. They did give us a "deal" of $70 per hour, the owner said that the original is $90 an hour.. who knows how true that is because the owner himself does not seem all that reliable. By the judgement of the quality of the bus and the service it should've been $50 an hour. The owner is extremely hard to get in touch with and does not return any of your calls. This was the worst experience I could have possibly had with a limo company. I used Avalon Transportation for my 21st birthday, and rented a party bus. When the driver showed up, he was clearly under the influence- asking my friends for cigarettes and lighters and then dropping them all over the ground/slurring his words/stumbling/etc. Against my better judgement, everyone still got on the bus. I recently used this bus for a bachelorette party in Boston and it was great... I am using it again for the New Kids Concert ....Service was awesome and the bus was clean and definitely holds 22 people Worth it....
