Their apartments look good. The problem is their leasing office and agents. They are entirely inaccessible by phone. I called them for my apartment application issue multiple times. No one picked up the call. I left my voice messages, no one returned my calls either. It turned out I had to drive to their office two times to get them. Hello , I would like to say that I reach out to Avalon Towson on today to speak with someone about what I was experiencing with no one calling me back from the the Hunt Valley location and got to meet Bradley. I must say that I received excellent customer service from him and he did everything he could to address my issues and concerns and for that I am grateful to have met Bradley. Very grateful for Bradley at the front desk! Coming up on my first full year at Ava Towson and he's been my go to for everything. Mainly because he's been respectful, reliable and empathetic with my different requests/issues. He makes it worth renewing your lease here , when there's someone always willing to go the extra mile!
