What was suppose to be a relaxing experience turned into a stressful one within 5 minutes of my arrival. I was told I needed to wait 45 minutes to an hour because they were short staffed. They also had the audacity to tell me the package I purchased was on a set schedule; therefore they could not accommodate a different service. This appointment was made 3 weeks in advance, absolutely no consideration of my schedule!
