STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMMUNITY! I gave 5 star reviews! Guess what? In spite of paying a premium for rent and parking, somebody comes inside the locked secured parking, breaks into your car and steals important documents. To my surprise, the leasing office was joking about how they don’t have cameras inside parking because of privacy. And how they cannot tell me if this keeps happening a lot of times.
if you are paying a premium for this place because you think they have underground and therefore secure parking, you are gravely mistaken. window got smashed went to the office they laughed it off and said sorry we don’t have cameras for privacy and we can’t tell you how often this happens by the way.
The community is well-managed and organized. Anytime we visit the office, our concerns are addressed promptly. The maintenance team responds quickly and efficiently after a request is submitted. The staff is warm, professional, and reliable, never letting us down. We've been living here for two years now—it’s safe, welcoming, and both my husband and I love it.
This is for the amazing staff here! Thank you to the office staff, especially KC and Rachel who helped me so much when moving in and Val and Rachel for going above and beyond to help me with my unit transfer! I truly appreciate your help! The maintenance team is also amazing as they respond promptly to every request and ensure that any issues are quickly and efficiently resolved!
