This location has by far been the most frustrating complex I have ever lived. I have lived in other Avalons and while they are all expensive this is also so poorly managed. Not only did my car get stolen out of the parking garage two months into moving in, but they did nothing about it. Not even a notice to the other residents about the situation. They had horrible communication the entire time I was there. God forbid you need a timely response about something. They also have the most ridiculous hours at the front office. An... read more
Lived here 3 years and Avalon SV was a great place to live. Safe, gated community that looks beautiful and has all amenities you need. Steven and entire staff both in management and maintenance were professional, courteous and welcoming.
one of the most frustrating experiences - can't get to a live person at the office and kept getting redirected to their customer services department. I'd strongly recommend against living here.
