I toured with my friend about a week ago and I was beyond impressed by it! I loved how clean and nest the community was. We didn’t know that it was a completely self guided tour but we met with Steven in the beginning and he gave us a map, the breakdown of a few things and was beyond helpful. Nice apartments to stay at. The amenities are plenty and plus point are the food options near by across the block.

I had previously lived at Avalon for a lease term and it was fine, so I decided to check them out again as I’m moving back to the Bay Area. I was 15 minutes late to my self-guided appointment and was told it was canceled. Annoying, but fair. What wasn’t fair was the attitude when I tried to ask about pricing and offers — the person at the desk couldn’t have cared less and just told me to “check the website.” The whole experience was unwelcoming and dismissive. I had a great experience living at this Avalon community over the past year. The location is convenient with easy access to freeways, Caltrain, and tech shuttles. It also has great walkability. I did not experience any security issues. The property is well-maintained and managed by responsive maintenance and helpful staff (special thanks to KC).
