This is about the touring experience, not living. The environment seems good from outside: I had a very frustrating experience trying to tour Avalon Silicon Valley. I originally scheduled a self-guided tour for Sunday at 4:30 PM, then realized I had the wrong date and asked their AI assistant to cancel that appointment. I later booked another self-guided tour for Monday at 4:30 PM. We just moved in, and Avalon is honestly one of the best communities I’ve ever lived in. Steven has been incredibly helpful and supportive throughout our entire move-in process. He was always available to answer our questions, guided us through everything clearly, and made sure the whole process went smoothly. He was very friendly, patient, and welcoming, which made our move-in experience so much easier and less stressful. We really appreciate all of his help and support.
