Avalon trailer should inform all customers of their vehicle equipments needs when calling to rent. The first question the gentleman asked me when I came in to pick up my trailer was if I had a brake controller. When I called in to reserve, I asked specifically if my vehicle would be good to haul this and was never asked about the brake controller. Now it comes day to move with a bunch of people to help and I have no trailer. What a let down Avalon!
RecommendedAvalon Service Center is the only place I will purchase trailers. Honesty and integrity at this fine business.
