I’ve had two appointments with Meghan at Avalon. The first time, I was happy with my haircut, but the colour wasn’t what I asked for, and Avalon provided a follow-up appointment to correct it. On my recent visit, I booked again for a haircut and highlights, but unfortunately neither the cut nor the colour matched what I requested. I’m so unhappy that I have to go to work with messy hair every day until I get it redone next week. Every time I look in the mirror, I’m like, what did I even pay $200 for? The haircut turned out terrible, and the highlights aren’t what I wanted—but at least it doesn’t look too horrible until the redo!

Very disappointed with keratin treatment this time, this is my 3rd time doing it and it's just doesn't feel the same plus I got charged over 500 $, more than the previous years, too expensive and definitely not worth it.
