Horrible service booked a haircut with wash my hairdresser over booked and said that she couldn’t do it then all she did was chop the ends she didn’t even brush it or take it out of the style or add any product it took 5-10 minutes and they charged 50$ also she cut it to short leaving me in tears will never be going back

So on the 4 Feb 2026, I went for a noon appointment for a regular polish pedicure. I went in and was so delighted for me and the pedicurist were the only ones in that room. I was enjoying the pedicure , until a member of staff came in to do nail polish inventory. So as she's taking a polish out one by one and making a racket by doing this my experience was totally ruined. Had body waxing and eyebrow threading done by Sara, and she is absolutely amazing! She was professional, friendly, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire appointment. Her attention to detail is excellent, and the results were flawless. She worked efficiently while ensuring everything was done perfectly. I'm extremely happy with the service and would highly recommend Sara to anyone looking for quality beauty treatments. I'll definitely be coming back!
I had a great last minute experience with tint and wax. They fit me in right away and were so kind!
