Great experience! Love my visits at the downtown location!! Ella is always a pleasure to visit with. She remembers little details about my life, which makes me feel like a valued customer!
I had an amazing facial will Ella. She has a very calm aura and I was able to relax in a way I probably never have before. My service was fantastic and I felt so spoiled and pampered with a wonderful scalp, neck and foot massage.
My son had a hair cut in mind so brought a couple pictures to shows as ideas and after the appointment he said “she nailed it”. He was so happy with his cut (and so was i). It was a friendly, comfortable and overall wonderful experience!
