Absolutely disgusting how they treated my wife in this place today after confusing her with another client. Shameful.
I would give zero stats but it wasn’t an option. I had the worst experience of my life in a salon yesterday with Iryna. She was very unfriendly the entire appt. Wouldn’t speak to me, no smiles, no extras. She then took off my cape and bent down by my ears and said “From now on when you book an appointment you need to show up or cancel ahead of time” I told her I wasn’t understanding where this was coming from, she said “I get very upset when people don’t show up”. Always enjoy the services at Avalon - any of the locations. Staff is very skilled, friendly and customer-focused. A wonderful self-care break every visit.
I always leave happy from my appointments with Iryna! She’s extremely competent, gives great tips and suggestions and is a pleasure to talk to. Can’t go to anyone else now!
