The owner was quick to respond to my inquiry and was able to provide pricing and a contract when asked. The rates were fair, and for what I needed it fit my needs perfectly. The space was ready within a week, it was clean and access was super easy. If I need storage space in future this company will be my first call.
What a nightmare! A husband/wife team lease this property from U-Haul and apparently conduct business from home. You’ll be lucky to get in touch with either one of them quickly and God forbid they show up at the facility to show you around or have you fill out paperwork. The site is not secure at all. There’s a gate that locks on one side but at the other end there’s only what’s left of an old barbed wire fence along a driveway that remains open all the time!
