A really good place, and a great pool
Shady management and board of directors. Neighborhood looks like trash.

They make rules for the neighborhood, but then only select a few homes to target. We were told only 2 vehicles. Yet for the past two years you can't drive through the neighborhood without seeing many homes with a car on the road. They send letters stating maintain they yard, yet most homes are the same way. Not sure who is on the committee's but we obviously missed the person to bribe.
