WOW. I cannot for the life of me imagine how my experiences over the course of MANY YEARS could be so different from Pauline Georges!?! I find the staff, receptionists, and doctors to all be completely dedicated to their patients. They are VERY caring, accommodating, professional, kind, friendly people..... Elitist and nonsensical. I wasn't allowed to secure one of their available morning appointments because they save them for regular patients just in case. Their inhouse policy decides who is allowed to see a doctor when they need one. I wasn't important enough, according to their elitist system. They recommended a time that didn't suit me later in the day but wouldn't offer me the available time that did. Just doesn't make sense.
