The lease office workers are never. Shame nice place however
I’m honestly disgusted by how this property handles towing, especially knowing this is supposed to be low-income housing. They had my car towed 15 miles away when there’s a lot just half a mile down the street; a clear example of predatory and abusive towing practices. The towing company adds ridiculous fees for “processing” and after-hours pickup with no warning or transparency. THIS IS A GOOD AREA, CLOSE TO 285 AND DOWN TOWN ATLANTA BY 20 MINS. THE COMMUNITY IS QUITE AND CLEAN, THE OFFICE STAFF IS VERY FREINDLY. MS. RONA IS VERY HELPFUL AND ALWAYS HAS A SMILE,
Its April 2025 and I still live here at 1086 on Montreal I moved here quite a few years ago and the community is nice and quite and i love the people here. I love the mix of people who live here. This is my first review since the ownership changed hands. And I must say that the new owners are doing what they can to make this a better place to live.
