This place is horrible. I was overcharged. Amd when i questioned it she said oh sorry i overcharged you 5$ even though she overcharged more. ANNA did my pedicure and acrylics and gel even though I said I wanted gel builder and regular polish. "She said im going to do acrylics. I said no I want gel builder. " She said that 3 times and ended up doing whatever she wanted anyway even though im the one paying. She did a horrible job.. bumpy nails and the French lines are not even. Worst lash clusters ever!!! I got lash clusters done today, & they turned out horrible. I told Cindy that I didn't like how they turned out & I wanted them removed, but Cindy completely disregarded my opinion. She stated that I would get used to them instead. It took me over 5 hours to remove them myself. They were both uneven, and more specifically the lashes on the inner corner is lighter than the other. Just an absolute mess! I would not recommend getting your lashes done from here!
The worst experience. I took my daughter with beautiful long hair for a trim and told the lady multiple times to keep the length and cut layers in the front. I requested to be with her. I was told to get my nails done while she was getting the haircut. The woman literally cut her hair so short that my daughter was in tears. My manicure was also terrible. I should have listened to the reviews before coming here. Unfortunately, this was a very disappointing experience. My daughter and I visited this salon together. She got a full set with nail tips, and I had a regular manicure and pedicure. From the beginning, communication was difficult. It felt like the staff either didn't understand what we were asking for or simply weren't listening. Very disappointing experience. During my pedicure, the technician cut my toe with the nail clippers. Accidents happen, but instead of cleaning the wound, apologizing, or making sure I was okay, she tried to continue as if nothing had happened. I had to tell her I was in pain. Very unprofessional service. I would not recommend this salon.
