Every time I have gotten my nails done at this establishment whether it was dip or GelX it never lasted. Poor customer service too. Will never go back
Do not go there – it’s a rip-off! I went in wanting to fix my hairline. When I booked, the lady told me it would take 2 hours, but it ended up taking 3, because she had another client at the same time and kept me waiting. Then the surprise: she charged me $260 instead of the $200 I paid five months ago, even though she promised over the phone it would be the same price as last time. This was my last visit. I should have listened to the countless bad reviews on that site.
Very disappointing experience. I told the technician twice that the water was too hot and she barely adjusted it. The pricing was extremely misleading — they advertise one price, but then charge separately for every small step of the pedicure and add extra fees without informing you first. I was also charged additional amounts without being asked, and my legs weren’t even exfoliated as part of the service. Ms. Fon is the best Hairstylist I have ever seen before! She gave me ( the Daddy) and my twin daughters 4 years old a super nice haircut! She really took her time and she has a special haircut skill fast precision plus talent passion for her hair techniques! My whole family love her very much ! Please come and support Ms. Fon ! Got my hair done by Fon and she was AMAZING! It honestly felt like a full makeover — my hair hasn’t looked or felt this good in a long time. On top of being incredibly talented, her personality is such a vibe. She has this fun, high-energy, cool-mama aura that makes the whole experience feel even better. Highly recommend her! 💇🏽♀️✨
