I should have listened to the reviews before coming here. Unfortunately, this was a very disappointing experience. My daughter and I visited this salon together. She got a full set with nail tips, and I had a regular manicure and pedicure. From the beginning, communication was difficult. It felt like the staff either didn't understand what we were asking for or simply weren't listening. Very disappointing experience. During my pedicure, the technician cut my toe with the nail clippers. Accidents happen, but instead of cleaning the wound, apologizing, or making sure I was okay, she tried to continue as if nothing had happened. I had to tell her I was in pain. Very unprofessional service. I would not recommend this salon.
I love this salon and I am a regular client. However, the last 3 times I have visited, the air temperature is higher than the outside temperature. I would hope the AC will be fixed for the client’s AND the employee’s sake!! The 2 star review seems fitting until the AC is fixed!!
Horrible place with rude employees
Every time I have gotten my nails done at this establishment whether it was dip or GelX it never lasted. Poor customer service too. Will never go back
