Snow did a great job on my gel pedicure. She was kind and took her time as opposed to trying to quickly move on to the next client. I appreciate the time she took to ensure I enjoyed my experience. The facility was updated and clean. I was greeted with kindness when I arrived. Overall a nice experience.

After doing my own pedicures for the last year and a half, I decided to go to Avalon for a gel pedicure. The pedicure came out great, but a two weeks later I started experiencing pain in my big toe. After consulting a podiatrist I discovered I had a fungal infection and needed the toenail removed. Even though the service was great, the consequences were not and I will unfortunately not be returning to this nail spa.

Victoria has done my nails a few times and I always leave so happy and confident from the experience. Insane talent and a sweet heart. She gave me this periwinkle set today and I’m in love. It’s also worth mentioning I’m not exactly the most graceful person yet her sets have never broken on me. I love the atmosphere of Avalon as well, very welcoming and friendly 💕

If I could leave no stars I would. This place gave me a worker that clearly didn’t know how to do a basic pink and white French tip full set. Instead she did a big mess on my hand, she put on white tips just to cover it all in pink and once they realized that the lady was messing up they switched me to another person. Then still acted like it wasn’t their fault or problem. I still got charged 125$ for undone nails. They insisted i come back to get it fixed since i had to leave after the first 2 hours.
