Well, I try to be positive but I have to say that this salon is frustrating. It could be so much more inviting and definitely, their inprofessionalism needs work. They have not honored my request for a tech in the past so I gave up on that.The experience is very generic so I usually go elsewhere when treating myself—it should feel like a treat at these prices. I needed an acrylic fillin, I went to see Emma. She was very friendly and professional. Emma helped me with my fall themed nail design. I recommend her.
I have been faithfully seeing Mina at Avalon for nearly a year. She is typically late to start my appointments which is frustrating but I like her so I kept coming back. My last 4 visits have been less than satisfactory. For almost 2 months, I have had a broken nail. A week ago I went to get a fill and she burned me with her Dremel tool. That caused a blister to form under my nail. When I went to see her about it, she removed one of my nails and told me to let it heal.
