AVOID - I got sick with Covid and Influzena gave them 5 days notice and they would NOT change my dates for accomodation, they REFUSED to refund, they didn't care and kept saying it was against their policies they wouldn't do anything - HIGHLY disappointing, i lost two nights accomodation. I am a regular traveler and stay in hotels and motels often, i have never had an experience like this.
My friend Metta stayed here overnight to and from her SA holiday. Convenient location. On arrival the receptionist was unfriendly, and she refused to let her leave her case at the desk after checkout, to sight see before leaving on a late bus. Despite advertising free WIFI she refused to give her the code. Room was terribly run down, water all over the floor in the bathroom from a leak, and no hot water at all but reasonably clean. Perfect for a family holiday. Staff were friendly. Wifi didn’t always work, but didn’t matter.
