We love the quick response by the friendly staff. We appreciate Matthew our in-house handyman who ensures that everything in the apartment works and Patrick who resolves all our administrative requests/questions.
Avalon Monrovia was our first apartment in Los Angeles and it couldn't have been a better experience. We have always had great experiences with Avalon apartments but what set this one apart was Patrick who goes above and beyond for everyone who lives here. He has always been incredibly helpful and responsive even after we moved out of this apartment! Highly recommend living here!

Avalon Monrovia has been my favorite apartment living experience in LA. I typically move every year due to lease endings or personal circumstances, but I’ve happily stayed here for three years—and counting—because I truly don’t want to leave!
