The celing of the bathroom is leaking. After I submit the maintenance request, Rosalvo came to repair it quickly. He is extremely friendly and nice, explained why the leaking happened, and resolve the problem efficiently.

I have stayed in this development for year and a half with my family and it was a lovely stay. My daughter enjoyed the balcony view as well as common facilities. The staff were friendly, Patric, Angelica and Matt. The cleaning lady was also lovely unfortunately I couldn’t rememberer name. Notes About Monrovia, the area is recommended for families, safe and very easy access to 210 and 605.
