4-28-26 My husband passed away a few weeks ago. As his health began to decline, the staff, along with hospice, worked hard to keep him comfortable. Both day & night shifts grieved with me and it was obvious that these angels on earth loved my husband. When asked, I recommend Avalon to my friends. I went today to schedule a tour for my grandmother. My fiance went and parked his car and waited for me to arrive. A male who was conducting maintenance outside came up to his truck rudely knocked on his window and told him to lower his window. He then stated that he was not allowed to park there even though my fiance explained that he was about to enter the facility to to discuss the program and he proceeded to yell saying that he was the facility and that location belonged to him and that my fiance still could not park the... read more

My review is quite different than the previous ones. My father was severely injured from a fall that took place at the facility. My father sat in agony for over 15 hours without a true medical assessment. According to staff and admin, my father was doing just fine when we called earlier that day. Upon arrival, we found out my father sustained 3 broken ribs and puncture to lung. Avalon Memory Care was an amazing experience for our mother. From the very beginning the staff was attentive and caring. They genuinely cared for and about her. The kitchen staff made really good smelling food. The facility was clean and comfortable. We were very pleased every time we went to visit.
