Caring caregivers! Lots of communication.
Avalon is made up of incredible angels who have hidden wings. We brought our father here after a horrible experience elsewhere and we cannot say enough amazing things about the staff at Avalon. They have not only connected with our dad, but most of them even know us (his family) by name! When we arrive to see our father, unless it’s very early or bedtime, they have already gotten him out of bed, showered, dressed and sitting in the TV area with a lot of other residents who are hanging out, watching TV or visiting.
