My dad was there in 2020 and we had a horrible experience! I do not recommend!
We don’t even go there yet, but I called today, totally oblivious to what I needed and the lady that answered the phone answered questions I didn’t even know I had, right away! I was SO relieved to be met with a friendly, and helpful voice! She even helped recommend a site for other places, although they’re the best so far… Just amazing service!
My experience with Avalon has been completely positive. The staff provided excellent care for my husband during his residence there. They are kind, professional, flexible, and caring. My father was diagnosed with Lewy bodies and Parkinson's. The team at Avalon Memory Care took him in after we were unable to safely support my father at home. Sean and team made the registration process very easy and cared well for my father during his stay. They even made life easier for us once my father passed. We feel blessed to have been able to house my father in such a caring environment during his final days on earth.
