Extremely long wait time (even when no one is in the waithing room) Rude staff on all professional levels. I get the feeling that they don't want to be there either. There IS a newer Nurse Practioner that was hired that I like. I forgot her name, but she has dark hair. She is very courteous and thorough. Other than that, I avoid that place like the plague!
