When we checked in they knew there was NO hot water but didn’t tell us! By the time we went to have a shower the front desk was closed. We checked out 15 minutes after the front desk opened and they said sorry but they would have to ask the manager to give us some money back for our inconvenience and they weren’t there at the time. We went back later and were told they would give us a $25 credit! Really! Travelling all day and just want to get clean and no shower? He said well you stayed! Stayed for 3 days last week . Place was spotless and the gentleman at the counter was so helpful . We asked for extra towels and he showed us how to make a swan , Thanks Zolta Del Q and family
