A community of inspiring women We hold regular events for our community which take place both inside and outside of the studio. These events provide opportunities to try something new, learn more about yourself and create meaningful connections. Our events are varied, from pop-up dance classes to educational workshops and social nights out. We also have a regular walking group, open to everyone – get in touch to find out more.

An elegant and welcoming ladies retreat. Get a great workout regardless of your fitness level with the expert instructors. Nothing like your average gym as it's actually a pleasure to exercise here.
I have been a member of various gyms for over 40 years. I can honestly say that Avalon House is the best I have ever been to. It is inclusive, supportive and professional. Obviously I am older now, but , I always feel safe, although we are certainly physically challenged. These workouts are vital to physical and mental fitness for all ages. The instructors are very clear, encouraging and warm. the other women who attend are great fun. I look forward to my two visits per week - and coffee after. Thank you Avalon House.
