Several of the Gentiva Hospice team members assisted us with the care of our mother, until her death. From the beginning working with Sharla Shurock, the admission representative to the social worker and the entire nursing staff it was always professional and caring. We also had great volunteers coming in and visiting with my mother, they were always friendly, caring and polite. Thanks to all the staff that worked with us. It was a pleasure to have each of you taking care of our mother. Thanks to Ada!
Sharla did a wonderful Job educating me on hospice. She really took her time and sat face to face with me. Great experience with Gentiva.

Do not use this company if you want your love one taken care of. I got all the paperwork they needed faxed over to them. They told me to just have the hospital contact them when my mom was released which was on Saturday. How about they just. contacted me 5 whole days later. If I could rate them a zero I would.
Everyone here at this agency are advocates for the patient. Very compassionate care.
