I'm not renewing again. The complex tries doing charges on top of charges on top of charges until you are just pushed out. My car was broken into and they didn't even want to try to help in the slightest even though the lights above covered parking are the only ones that are broken and they have not repaired them. They have been broken for well over 6 months. My car was broken into purely for the fact of I was the only one in the parking spot with no lights on it.Still actively not working. I honestly hate living here, Morey never responds to my emails, he gave me the wrong parking space didn’t not even contact me to let me know when he gave it away to someone else and he yet has not responded to my email on what parking space is mine, my car has been vandalized , it’s expensive. The manager (Bianca I believe her name was) was rude when I came in .. i can’t talk to anyone in the office apparently.. they never pick up or respond..
Bianca, Morey and Robin are great. Their maintenance team are great too. I've upgraded from a one bedroom to a two bedroom apartment. I chose to renew my lease because they fix things quickly if something should go wrong. I've lived here a year, it's pretty much safe but decided to renew my lease because they fix issues if there is one. They are caring. Their price is good.
