I've lived here since 2023, and I must say there were some bumps in the road and I managed to make it through them. Laura G. was part of the management team and she was very helpful then and she's very helpful now as the office manager. The other staff members are also helpful and kind as well. I love all the things they have for the kids to do and how it's quiet and safe for the kids to play and the residents to walk their pets. I have a friend who lives in these apartments and the property manager a blond female keeps harassing her asking for medical paperwork for her about her caregiver who only comes during the day to help her which she's legally not allowed to do without a release of medical information form she swears her care giver lives in the same house because "she always see him coming in and out of her apartment during the day" when the only way she can say anything is trespassing the individual for causing problems.and her caregiver does... read more
So far so good! The office staff are helpful, great communicators, and kind. Easy move in and great promotions offered. Maintenance responds the same day and are professional. Laundry room is clean and not busy. Community is quiet with kids playing and people walking their pets. It really has been home since I’ve moved here with zero complaints. It’s affordable and located in a safe neighborhood. I would Definitely recommend Avalon Hills thank you from S. Tate and Bonnie
