complex is good but car parking is not good after in 10:00 o clock at night no funds parking.
Weird odor in these apartment that so strong that will make you SICK. It get in ur clothes and your belongings. The leasing office claim they don’t smell it but you can smell it soon as you hit the staircase in 5924 regal estate building. I’m currently looking taking legal action as well
I cannot rest in my apartment because of the noise days or nights coming from the apartment above me. I reported that breach of peace violation to the leasing office but nothing is done to force the tenants above to be considerate and change that unpleasant behavior. I have come to only one conclusion. I will move out at the end of my current contract to a place where I could rest at the end of the day.
