Professional while warm and friendly. Caring beyond the expected care, taking time to thoroughly test various hearing situations, discuss plans and options. I’ve been using Avalon for 3 years and highly recommend them. They are warm and friendly and caring, and I was able to select hearing aids from their options that suit my needs and are customizable to work perfectly. They also are great at explaining what is happening and what the findings mean.
