Always good service and pleasant interaction with Betty and staff.
I always am greeted with a smile and how are to today. The office is clean and she gets to work checking out the battery strength. When the batteries need cleaning, that is taken care of. She compares the strength from today with the last check up. If that needs to be upgraded she makes it right. I try them on and can tell the difference, My Hearing is much better! We set up my next appointment, and I pay for this visit, and say goodbye! Toni Raney
