Definitely deserving of my 5 star. The love and support you all showed my mother was tremendous. I won't forget it! Thank you. 🙏🏽❤
Pam fell and hurt herself badly but because of her memory problems they pretended it didn't happen Thank God her roommate told all the details. Even worse, they didn't use her CPAP Machine and she developed CO2 poisoning that put her I HCA Hospital for five days. She still is not 100%. The lying and total failure of making Pam safe warrants a full zero! The lawyers are onthis!
I would not recommend sending your loved one to Lake Montgomery Health and Rehabilitation Center. I was disappointed with the level of care and communication we received. Communication was inconsistent, making it difficult to stay informed about care. The staff often seemed uncaring and there were times we were lied to. The necessary care was not in place when released. Again, I would not recommend this facility even on a temporary basis.
The place definitely does NOT look like the pictures. I wouldn't let my dog stay there. That's how bad this place is
