I am so incredibly pleased with my purchase from Avalon Ford. Our salesman, Jonathan Leonard, went above and beyond for us. His customer service is unmatched. He is so down to earth and real! Always been a Dodge guy but have moved over to Ford due to recent issues with my RAM. Dealt with Ian in sales and he was fantastic. Answered all my questions, listened to what I wanted and set me up in a new truck at a great price. Best of all...no pushy sales tactics. My wife was also shopping for a new vehicle and ended up purchasing a Bronco sport and is in love with it. So if your looking for a new wheels go see Ian and I'm sure he will set you up!
Terrible service by Brian, No rental vehicle even though it’s covered by the extended warranty. Waiting on parts over 1 week. Overall not great experience here
