Spark plug issue, Brian actually got her in a day ahead of appointement and issue fixed. Good visit. Two in a row on or ahead of schedule bumping up the rating. New van got rear ended, Fix Auto (Avalon Ford) did a great job on time. Good visit. Ive Been noticing for some time now, all the really good higher end vehicles don’t get sold to the general public & sold to vehicle brokers. The general public only get the scraps that the brokers don’t want… I inquired about a truck not even 1 hour after it was traded in & was already sold, it didn’t even get a chance to be detailed or listed.. I was told by someone working there it was sold to a broker company…. Don’t waist your time with this dealership…
