It was 730am at a coffee place and I just watched one of your drivers back a truck into a super tight unloading space at the 7-Brew in Lima, Ohio. He had an audience of 50 impatient cars and I was genuinely impressed. With cars all around, he backed that truck in like it was nothing—smooth as butter. It takes real skill and professionalism to maneuver like that. Great job to your driver and your team!
