Although this occurred a few years ago, I've decided to share my experience because I believe it's important for other patients to know what happened. I had a deeply upsetting experience with Dr. Finnila, his PA, and his staff (front desk excluded). I came in with severe pain and abnormal lab results from Urgent Care. Always a great experience! I never feel rushed by the doctor — he spends time to actually LISTEN to me. The staff is fantastic, too. Highly recommend Avalon!

Excellent staff. Very caring and professional.
I showed up for my lab appt (8:45am) at 8:54 am (9 min after my appt time) due to hitting traffic lights nonstop. While we were talking at the front desk, it hit 10 minutes. Apparently policy is 10 min or more they count it as a missed appt. They wouldn’t see me for a lab draw that probably would’ve taken like 2 minutes min.
