They want you to schedule appointments for things as simple as a refill. Not a new medicine! I will I admit I walked in at 8:10 for an 8:00 appointment, but due to traffic, a 20 minute drive turned into 40 minutes. Things happen but it would've took 3 minutes to ask a few questions and send my refill to the pharmacy, which is actually a waste of my time and gas anyway! This is absolutely the worst practice, I've ever used. Don't waste your time.

Office runs efficiently; on-site lab is a perk
Came in for my appointment early yesterday waited because staff was out to lunch. Then realized I was a day early. Realized today I was going to be 13 minutes late and called office at 12:53 to let them know that I would be arriving at 1:13 had to leave a voicemail. I only have to get my lab results! Probably a 5 minute appointment! It took me a a couple weeks to get my labs done then waited on them to get ready for 10 minutes and then had to wait for a week for the results and now they say I can’t be seen until the end of S... read more
