I took my 6 year old son in because we were concerned after one of his baby teeth came out while eating lunch. The tooth didn't look like a clean break and so we went in the next day. I had really great experience at Avalon Dental office. Their technology is impressive, their staff is really great. I found particularly impressive is that Dr.Ofir and his staff were truly interested in and excited about the lumineers that I was getting done, also they were so helpful along the way. I had a dental emergency on Saturday morning, as an old crown broke. After calling several dental offices, Dr. Bains was the only dentist who was available to see me. I'm so glad I found this Avalon Dental Center. The front staff is very friendly and Doctor is great. She replaced two old crowns with porcelain ones and they fit perfectly. I have never been so pampered at any dental office!!
This was my fourth visit to Avalon Dental Center and I am satisfied once again! My cleaning was quick and easy. The hygienist did a wonderful job and I felt really refreshed after. I did not have any treatment, ( I did all of my fillings here ). The hygienist also provided me with knowledge on how to keep my teeth in good shape. Overall, great trip to the dentist.
I had a very unpleasant experience with the office manager/owner Ben. Almost two months ago my twelve year old son fell and badly chipped his two front teeth. After a nightmare experience with West Somerville Dental, who are completely incompetent I called my provider, MA Health, and told them I wanted to change to another dentist. They had me file a complaint and told me it takes 30 days to resolve complaints but I should feel free to find another dentist, which I did, Avalon Dental Center.
