Great office!! Everyone here is so kind and thorough. They explained step by step on what to do to prevent any further dental problems. Looking forward to my visit in 6 months :)
They took money from my credit card without my informed permission for a future procedure I hadn’t not even scheduled. When I asked for a statement, they refused to provide one and said “this is how things work here”. I actively discourage turning over any money to this dentist, because they actively discourage informed consent.
I'm a happy and satisfied patient... I recently cracked a molar that had a root canal, which got me sad and worried, i was able to get in within a day to see the dentist at Avalon Dental Center and had the tooth fixed within a few hours. I was really impressed with their service, they made me happy. Thank you so much for a job well done.
