Very well run and maintained building. Lived here for multiple years and the staff are all great to work with - leasing, maintenance, front desk - all great professionals who genuinely care to help. I’m thankful to reside in this community and call it my home. Jafar, Azagne, Chuck, Zeke, Josh, Donna, Abigail all are the best to name a few!
I have lived here for almost 2 years and this is a great place to live! Location cannot be beat, the gym is very nice, the apartments are very spacious, and the pool is awesome. I also want to give a special shoutout to the maintenance team and especially chuck, as he has been amazing helping me fix and resolve any issues in a timely manner. He is super friendly and always puts the residents first. He is just one of the many superheroes that work at Avalon courthouse Place!
I moved into this building a couple of months ago. While the building itself is older but generally fine (occasional roaches in the garage corridor, which I was willing to overlook), the main issue has been the consistently poor and unhelpful management. Any time I need assistance, I end up sending multiple messages, getting passed from person to person, and rarely receiving an actual solution. I want to give two big shout-outs to Chuck, the lead technician, and Donna, the front desk supervisor. Chuck is so attentive, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to and Donna is incredibly warm, helpful, and a great active listener and advocate.
