I had such a wonderful experience living here thanks to Abby at the front desk at Avalon Courthouse. She was incredibly professional, attentive, and efficient, handling everything with ease while still taking the time to answer my questions thoroughly. What really stood out was her positive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond to help—she truly cares about the people she interacts with. Abby sets the standard for excellent customer service. Avalon Courthouse is lucky to have her!
Kevin at reception is so wonderful! He’s always so helpful and goes above and beyond for the residents. Couldn’t be happier :)
Been living here for just under a year and have ZERO complaints!! All the staff are accommodating and friendly, especially Kevin in the leasing office, always has a welcoming smile on his face… the units are beautiful as well!
