Chuck and his maintenance team are amazing! They handle the emergencies in a timely, orderly way. They deliver care, empathy and support as they address the issues of concern and are very good at cleaning the area where they work. It is fantastic having a responsive team that meets the needs of their tenants and delivers care and concern to the issues at hand.

The maintenance team is incredibly responsive and kind, always ensuring that any issues are taken care of promptly. Delonte from maintenance is awesome, quick to respond and willing to help whenever needed. Debra at the front desk is also kind, friendly and could not be more helpful. Really everyone on staff here is amazing. The apartments are very outdated given the cost of rent, a lot of appliances are very clearly on their last leg and I’m not happy that I have a gas stove and no ventilation in my kitchen, but the maintenance and front desk staff here are genuinely fantastic.
I have lived at Courthouse Place for many years. Abigail at the concierge desk is exceptional. Her professionalism, complimented by her warm personality supports her efficiency. She is always willing to go the extra mile for a resident request. I appreciate having staff that wants to make life easier for myself and other residents!.
