I love Avalon Collision Center. The staff there is great! They made getting my car repaired very easy. The estimator Jennifer ordered my parts ahead of time and only took 3 days to repair my Buick. They also have Hertz rental cars at their shop and did rental contract for me there. It was so easy. Thank you Avalon!
As written by other people... this place doesn't deserve even one star.. first and most importantly the owner is a jack a** their customer service is below minimum. The girl in the front .. I don't know what is stuck up her butt but she always has an attitude and never smiles. And every time I call she never gives her name. To my knowledge when you are answering a phone for a business you identify yourself... I sent my car in for repair to this place because it was recommended by Mercury. I just picked up my car yesterday from Avalon Collision and I have to say I am so pleased with their service! They are efficient and friendly and their work is exceptional! I would definitely recommend them to all of my friends. Thank you so much Avalon!
