I had the most amazing experience with maintenance! When I noticed bubbling paint on the wall I knew there was moisture that needed to be addressed right away. Eddie quickly answered my request. He was respectful of my home and explained things to me that made sense and made me feel included. He's also very funny. He stayed on top of checking in on the progress of drying out the room and patching everything back up. Service was 10/10. Thank you Eddie!

I drove 50 minutes from downtown to see their available units. I was told that there was a mistake they had not scheduled me for a visit and asked me to come back tomorrow. They have no respect for people's time. Rude people. Happy i found out before it woyld be too late

Avalon Cerritos is a good place to live. The apartments are nice, and the community is well-kept. The staff is helpful and usually quick to respond. I also liked the nearby parks and the bike trail, it was a nice bonus. The location is convenient, close to stores and restaurants. Overall, it’s a solid option if you’re looking for a good place to stay.

This has been my favorite community in the area since I first moved in 4 years ago. The staff are responsive and have taken good care of me -- most recently, Justin has been especially helpful with moving me back in after I moved away for a brief period. The location is excellent; you don't need to drive far to reach great shops and restaurants.
