Just moved in, in July and it’s been really nice so far. Bianca and Justin are super friendly. Bianca responded quickly when I had questions prior to signing the lease, and kept us in the loop with EV charging. The square footage in my apartment is INSANE it’s so much bigger than my last apartment, for the same price. The area is nice and quiet. They just had a free taco day for the residents too!
Eri is the best one that i’ve ever met ! He took care of the things first thing in the morning and was an absolute expert ! We’re happy to live in Avalon with the Avalon team’s super care.
If you can make rent, it's a nice place
Been living here for about over 2 years and the last couple of months have been going really bad. Cars have been broken into, people waiting by the parking structure gate to get in(who knows if they even live here), dealt with people yelling/acting ghetto a Few times, residents pilling up trash bags in the trash room instead of down the chute, trash being left in parking structure including open condoms, people smoking cigarettes/weed even thought this is a non smoking apartments, people taking advantage of guest parking by ... read more
We loved living here because of the Avalon team. Everyone is so kind and helpful! If something broke, it was always fixed the same day or next day! Our car did get broken into one time. Ever since then, they closed the gates earlier to prevent it from happening to us or others. My only complaint is that people don’t pick up their dog’s poop so Avalon is always cleaning up after everyone which is really unfair to them and other residents. If you move here, clean up after your dog please!! Would love to live here again. :)
