Front desk staff specifically Jamie is rude and very condescending in her tone and interactions with clients. Training in empathy and customer service is needed. Can't imagine working with her daily with the attitude she presents to the public.
While I did receive good care from Dr.Hart , I had to find a different psychiatrist due to the fact they kept canceling my appointments . They did this multiple times and wouldn't be able to schedule me for MONTHS after the ones THEY canceled . Once I was told it was MY responsibility to either drive there or call there everyday looking for cancelations to get in sooner or my medications would no longer be prescribed, I had no choice but to find somewhere else . I agree with Vanessa. I like to give good feedback when it's warranted and stay away from bad feedback but I feel it's necessary. I like my psychiatrist well enough. Two separate occasions I had days and days of contacting the office after suddenly my prescriptions weren't authorized at my pharmacy, I was going through withdrawals but that didn't seem to matter. Some of the staff are pleasant but a lot of them are not. The casemanagers are the worst, rude and treated me like an idiot! I work in Healthcare and it's inexcusabl... read more
