We’ve been going to this location for a few months, and at first it was great. But now it’s been absolutely ridiculous! Nobody answer the phones, and when you need something no urgency or care. My son was rescheduled twice, the second appointment literally a few hours prior to the appointment. The staff is rude, and doesn’t care. My daughter went two days without her medication, and we can’t even get them to send a fax back in for my son’s medication to be upped. I guess it’s okay if my son goes without his medication. The Avalon Center staff have been an immense help in navigating my road to better mental health. I was diagnosed with bipolar I disorder last year and these folks have done everything they can to give me the best care possible. I was without insurance for months and they were able to help me apply for patient assistance so that I could get my necessary monthly injection that was prohibitively expensive without insurance.
