The Avalon Center staff have been an immense help in navigating my road to better mental health. I was diagnosed with bipolar I disorder last year and these folks have done everything they can to give me the best care possible. I was without insurance for months and they were able to help me apply for patient assistance so that I could get my necessary monthly injection that was prohibitively expensive without insurance. love my doctor but can literally never get anyone on the phone to reschedule. i have a super busy schedule with two children under two and don’t have time to wait 20+ minutes for the phone to be answered. i’ve had to hang up and try again later multiple times after waiting at least 20 minutes.
Anjelique and Stacy are always kind, compassionate, courteous, and professional. I appreciate their assistance and have never had anything but a great experience here.
