Moved my daughter across the country and they made it easy! Great communication and super simple move-in. Made this mama heart have peace!
Used to live here a while back and had a GREAT time but since then the place has fallen off pretty bad. I still visit my side piece who resides here from time to time and have noticed the following changes, which i believe are detrimental if a publicly traded entity is demanding top tier rental pricing. 1) The TV's have all been removed so now it looks very tacky where they used to be located. 2) The mattresses and couches on the roof are all ripped now. I can’t say enough good things about Connie and the team at Avalon. I was going through a really tough time, and they went above and beyond to support me—not something you always expect from a large corporate apartment community. They were incredibly understanding and did everything they could within their bounds to help. It meant so much to feel like I wasn’t just another resident, but someone they genuinely cared about. I like how fast and efficient requesting maintenance can be with Avalon. Julian Esquivel was extraordinary. He came to my apartment, helped me out, made sure the issue was resolve and he even had the time to explain me the issue and gave me some tips to maintain my laundry machine in good conditions.
