We moved in almost a year ago. And so far everything has been wonderful. The area is great. Michelle has been awesome in welcoming us to the community and helping with any questions we have.
My wife and I love living here. The buildings and amenities are always clean and well kept. Customer service from the leasing office is great as well, Christian and Michelle are always available to answer our questions and concerns.
Nice apartment. Had a leak and maintenance came out quickly and got it handled. Julian was really knowledgeable and helpful. Appreciate his quick response and good service!
We moved in around January of 2026 and it was going extremely well until it wasn’t. First, we started having issues with our appliances and the maintenance blamed me and my roommate for the appliances leaking and smelling. I have been in multiple apartments before and rented a home. I’ve never had a problem with my own appliances before so it’s a first and now I’ve been blamed for a rotten smell coming out of the washing machine and a leaking fridge. We’ve really enjoyed living at Avalon Brea Place. The staff is genuinely friendly, helpful, and make us feel welcome. The community is incredibly clean and well maintained, which we really appreciate. Having looked at other options in the area, I honestly think this is the nicest luxury apartment community in Brea. The location is a big plus too—we’re close to all the restaurants and activity downtown, and the Brea Mall is literally across the street. Highly recommend!
