This apt have great maintenance team !
Avalon has been home for many years. It's hard to find another apartment that is comparable to the leasing agents, amenities, and most importantly, the maintenance team (the backbone of this place). You will always see the maintenance team working hardon work orders and upkeep, while having the balance of interacting with the tenants. I had some chips on my countertop, and they were able to go above and beyond to fix it with a repair kit.
The leasing office team here are extremely responsive and helpful and the maintenance is very prompt also. I’ve always been treated with respect and kindness, and I greatly appreciate how easy they make everything.
I can’t say enough about Ariana! We arrived a few minutes late to an Easter egg hunt and all the eggs were gone. My granddaughter’s heart dropped, and honestly, so did mine. But Ariana turned the whole day around. She brought out more eggs, hid them all over the place, and even gave her hints in the cutest ways, making my granddaughter feel so special and excited.
