I want to be clear that this review is not about the on-site property management team. They have been nothing but kind, professional, and helpful. My concerns are entirely with AvalonBay's corporate leasing and screening process. The application process lacked transparency from start to finish. My partner and I were both required to apply and pay separate application fees. He was approved immediately, while I was denied because my credit score was reportedly five points below the minimum. The best place to live hands down. The best thing is the staff here. They are always smiling and welcoming every time I pass by. Special shout out to Cristian and Ariana for always asking me how I am doing and helping me whenever I have a question!!!
